Balkaur Singh and Charan Singh, the parents of Sidhu Moosewala, have welcomed a baby son. Balkaur announced the good news on Instagram and Facebook, where he also posted the first photo of the infant.
Balkur Singh and Charan Singh received their son nearly two years after the Punjabi singer died. The late singer’s father shared the photo on Facebook, saying, “With the blessings of millions of souls who love Shubdeep, the Almighty has placed Shubh’s younger brother in our bag.” With Waheguru’s blessings, the family is well and grateful to all of their well-wishers for their tremendous love (sic).”

ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਗਾਇਕ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਭਗ ਦੋ ਸਾਲ ਬਾਅਦ ਬਲਕੁਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਚਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਮਰਹੂਮ ਗਾਇਕ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੇ ਫੇਸਬੁੱਕ ‘ਤੇ ਪੋਸਟ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਲਿਖਿਆ, ”ਸ਼ੁਭਦੀਪ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਰੂਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਸ਼ੀਰਵਾਦ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੇ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਦੇ ਛੋਟੇ ਭਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਡੇ ਬੈਗ ‘ਚ ਪਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਮੇਹਰ ਨਾਲ, ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਤੰਦਰੁਸਤ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸ਼ੁਭਚਿੰਤਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਥਾਹ ਪਿਆਰ (sic) ਲਈ ਧੰਨਵਾਦੀ ਹੈ।”
